We've all heard it before. And I'm sure we've all SAID it before.
The New Year rolls around and it's out with the old habits and in with the new changes!
I am all for this spirit of improvement and resolution, but let's be honest, most of the time our resolutions are successful for a few months at most and then we return back to our old ways. But let's try and turn that around this New Year, especially with respect to any fitness/lifestyle goals you may have.
In fact, let's do this together! Let's start AND end 2018 with motivation, drive, and progress! Let's work every day toward our fitness or self-improvement goals.
This New Year, I promise to update this blog AND my Instagram consistently with information about my fitness journey. So if you're just starting out, or if you've been on your journey for a while, and you want some company or advice as you continue, follow me :). I'll be posting ALL the information about working out, nutrition, products, etc. that I've accumulated over the years. I'll be posting healthy recipes, my EXACT workouts, and answering any and all questions that you may have.
So let's do this! Let's stick to a program, be consistent, and work towards happier and healthier lives!
