Hi! I'm Tae, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who believes in training with passion, energy, and fun! My goal with online training is to create a supportive, educational, and interactive environment where people from all fitness levels can come together & work toward becoming the best versions of themselves.

 

In my classes, I believe in truly leading by example. That means I am working with you every step of the way. If you're sweatin', I'm sweatin' too because we are in this together. Whether you're 1 day or 1 year into your journey, all you need to do is show up and I will meet you where you're at, ready to work. Every. Single. Time.
